Thursday Nights 6:30 – 7:30

Rooted in Hip Hop, this weekly workshop seeks to incorporate elements of classical music, jazz, rock, blues, country, R&B, dance and the visual arts in an effort to facilitate greater collaboration between young artists in our community.  “Beats, Rhymes, and Life” provides aspiring performers a space to explore and develop their talents as well as meet other artists in the area.  Bring your music, poetry, and ideas to this open-mic style weekly session. Get feedback from other local artists, refine your skills as a performer, and prepare for Open Mic Poetry Nights, Open mic Jazz & Blues Jams, and upcoming artist showcases and exhibitions.

Ages 14 and up.
