Emerge is thrilled to be hosting our own open mic on Saturday April 7th from 6:30-9:30(ish) pm and to gear up for that we will have a poetry workshop with Spokane Poet Laureate Mark Anderson at Emerge on Friday, April 6th from 6-8:30 pm. The workshop is free and you are not obligated to participate in the open mic if you attend the workshop. Likewise, you are welcome at open mic even if you cannot attend the workshop. The poetry workshop is open to ages 12 & up, space is limited so please email classesatemerge@gmail.com for more information or to register.
