A course on basic acting and character development in which students will learn multiple techniques and forms from the Greeks to modern day. In this course the instructor will cast and work with students on scenes from different plays to teach students about different character types, how to convey truthful human behavior from their characters, and how these connections to characters can help in real life situations. At the conclusion of the course, students will be able to present their scenes to parents following the last day of instruction as personal performances to show their knowledge and hard work.
