A Generative Writing Workshop

One night workshop. Thursday April 3rd, 6pm to 8pm. Ages 14+

Poet Laureate, Jennifer Passaro, is leading a one night workshop at Emerge alongside co-teachers Taylor Waring, Jonathan Frey, and Dr. Erin Davis. In this workshop, students will participate in a generative writing experience inspired by Li-Young Lee's writings. 

Li-Young Lee's work focuses on love, family, spirituality, and religion. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced writer, Lee's work provides an immense source of inspiration for everyone. This free event will precede Li-Young Lee's workshop at NIC's Get Lit! Festival on April 11th at the CDA Library. 

This event is free to attend, although a small donation to Emerge is appreciated. If you wish to make a small donation, please select the "$10 donation" button instead of the RSVP button. This will also sign you up for the workshop.
