Susan Webber

Susan Webber is a tattooist and mural artist out of Spokane WA. She also works in watercolor, acrylic, ink, block-printing, and whatever else keeps her hands busy besides her 3 children. This is her 3rd year participating in Emerge’s INK! Print Rally. Her work is about women empowerment, often rooted in her Korean American background.
