2025 INK! Print Rally
Join us on September 13th, 2025 for our annual INK! Print Rally. The event will run from 1pm to 7pm on 2nd street in front of Emerge's building.
The INK! Print Rally involves large scale block printing of large scale (3'x4' or 4'x5') wooden panels in the street with an asphalt roller. Artists spend weeks, sometimes even months intricately carving these blocks leading up to the event. On the day of the event, they work together to print their extraordinary designs in front of the community; all while under the supervision of local printmaking experts.
This year's theme is Portals.
- a doorway, gate, or other entrance, especially a large and imposing one
- the whole architectural composition surrounding and including the doorways and porches of a church
- the approach or entrance to a bridge or tunnel
- a communicating part or area of an organism; specifically the point at which something (such as a pathogen) enters the body
- an online platform (such as a website) that provides access to services or information of a specific kind
New to this year's INK! Rally, Emerge is partnering with 33 Artists Market! There will be a vendor market within the event featuring 20 local artists and makers. To apply to this market, please see the link below. Artists participating in the event may also apply to the market, however you must have another person attending to your booth.
