Executive director
Jeni Riplinger
Jeni Riplinger is the founder and Executive Director of Emerge, Jeni worked in the arts for the past fourteen years and was instrumental in bringing awareness to homelessness through art installations, volunteer artists, and special events. Jeni has received the accolade for distinguished service including the 2014 Inlander Peirone Prize and the 2014 Mayor’s Arts Awards for excellence in arts education.
Operations Manager
Jaiden Haley
Jaiden Haley works as Emerge’s Operations Manager. Jaiden is a multimedia artist born and raised in Spokane, WA. She received a BFA in Studio Art from Eastern Washington University in 2021. After working for Best Buy and the Geek Squad all through college and spending a year at Shriner Children’s, Jaiden landed her dream job working for Emerge in 2023. Jaiden is passionate about increasing access to the art community and strives to create more professional development opportunities for artists in the area. In her art practice outside of Emerge she utilizes acrylic paint, textiles, and ceramic to create work that revolves around themes of childhood development and interconnectivity of memory.
