Ceramic Fish Dishes | Kelli | July 24th and 31st

Celebrate the local wildlife this summer with this hands-on workshop led by pottery instructor Kelli Vaupel. In this class, students will utilize clay slabs to build unique dishes of local fish. Finished projects make a great table centerpiece or trinket dish. The first workshop will be dedicated to building the dishes and the second will focus on glazing. 

This class is for all skill levels, students new to the studio will receive extra instruction and those with prior pottery experience will receive instruction catered to their skill level and support needs. 

Included in this course: Clay, tools, studio glazes, and the firing of finished work.

We offer 1-2 monitored open studio times each week. Open studio times are currently Wednesdays and Saturdays from 1pm-4pm. All work made in this class must be finished within two weeks of the last day of class. Out of respect for our limited storage space, finished work must be picked up within 30 days of firing. All abandoned work not picked up within this timeframe may be recycled or thrown away.
