Texture and Glazing Pottery Workshop | Kelli | February 26th & March 5th

Two day workshop, Thursdays February 26th & March 5th. 4pm - 6pm

Ages 12+

In this two week workshop let by Kelli, students will learn about the various methods of adding textured surfaces to their clay projects. Students will create their own textured slab tiles by both carving and adding clay to the surface to build up their design. This workshop is beginner friendly, perfect for both students brand new to ceramics and those interested in a supplemental class to grow their ceramic skillset!

Day one of the class will focus on adding texture to slabs, day two will focus on glazing fired pieces. Finished projects can be purely decorative or used as a trivet/large coaster! Projects will be ready to pick up within 2-3 weeks after the workshop.

All supplies for the class are provided. Please attend class in clothes that are ok to get messy.
