4 week course. Thursdays 4pm - 6pm, January 9th - 30th
In this youth pottery course, students will learn how to make pinch pots, coil pots, and gain the basic knowledge of working with clay. Students will get to take home their creations at the end of the session. Students will also learn about tools, terminology, and studio etiquette.
Ages 8 - 11. Please reach out to us if you have questions about our age requirements.
Scholarships are available for any students 18 and under, courtesy of CDA Arts Commission and United Way of North Idaho. APPLY HERE.
Included in this course: clay, tools, studio glazes, and the firing of all finished work.
We do ask that students provide their own TOWELS. We recommend a small dish-sized towel, but a full-size towel works as well.
Additionally, we do provide aprons but working with clay gets messy. Please send your student in clothes that are okay to get dirty.
After this course ends, students will have one month to pick up work from the studio. In order to conserve our limited shelf space any items left behind after that month may be recycled or donated. Thank you for your understanding.
Note: At checkout on Shopify, there will be only one class listed but this will enroll you in all 4 classes.
Due to a high demand for classes, we are not able to issue refunds unless a class is canceled.
